A Unique Approach to Medicine and Transformative Healing
Embark on a journey where neuroscience meets the body's subtle rhythms, and ancient wisdom converges with modern therapeutic practice. This Lab explores the insula, sensory-motor cortex, and orbitofrontal cortex—key regions in empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Through somatic meditation, attune to your inner landscape and refine your capacity for precise, compassionate interventions.
Experience the unspoken language of touch, sound, and sight—a mutual attunement where minds connect beyond words, fostering emotional resonance and repair. Drawing from Allan Schore’s work, we explore attachment as the regulation of affect and arousal, a foundation for resilience and healing.
In the sacred space between therapist and client, healing arises through right-brain to right-brain resonance. This Lab invites you to cultivate moment-to-moment attunement, quieting the analytical mind and allowing the intuitive right hemisphere to guide. Honour each person’s unique healing rhythm through embodied presence and deep listening.
Recognize dissociation as a protective veil, often reactivated in psychedelic states. Without proper support, this can unravel into destabilization. By understanding dissociation and its many faces, we learn to create safe containers that help reintegrate fragmented parts into wholeness. Throughout, we apply our shared, co-created learning directly to the psychedelic session, practicing the fine art of relating and facilitating in the optimal arousal zone of the body and spirit.
